Your thinking brought you to this place. If you want something better in your life, you have to change your mindset. Our proven Success Method incl
udes personal coaching, to help you shift your mindset and change your outcome for the better. Your mind holds an abundance of untapped positive power; it’s just a matter of discovering how to make it work for you.
Here’s how our unique Coaching service works:
Intake Call – Our Life Coach calls you and guides you through a series of questions to assess where you are, what you want and the best path to help you get there. With your Coach, you will set 1 or more goals to work on in the upcoming weeks.
Coaching Sessions – Depending on where you are in the process when you come to us, you will have 2-5 Coaching sessions with Jenny, our Registered Coach. Sessions are conducted over the phone, and may last from 30-45 minutes. During sessions, you may work on things such as staying on track with your letter to the judge, mentor network tracking, community service planning, coping with stress, reducing anxiety, healing past emotional trauma, increasing confidence and developing a healthy mindset that prepares you to thrive, in and after federal prison.
Assignments – Your Coach may give you assignments to complete each week. It is up to you whether or not you complete your assignments, but if you want things to get better, you have to put in some work. You are responsible for your happiness; we’re here to help.
Documentation – After you complete your Coaching experience, your Coach will send you a professionally prepared document outlining your initial goal/s, progress notes and a Coaching Discharge Summary. This document can be a compelling piece of evidence, demonstrating to the judge that you invested time and effort in changing your mindset and decreasing your odds of reoffending in the future.
Our Coaching Services may be a good fit for you if
You want to show the judge you went above and beyond the usual efforts
You’re willing to do the work to get what you want
You feel anxious or overwhelmed with stress
You’ve been a manipulator and want to change that
You’ve suffered past emotional trauma that may be holding you back
You want to be mentally prepared to survive and thrive within the prison system
You need help in preparing your loved ones for your time away
Even if you’d never have hired a Life Coach on your own, the results can be amazing…
“Coaching with Jenny helped me get clear on what I needed to do and to hold me accountable for staying on track. Our coaching sessions gave me a safe place to vent, as well as keeping me motivated to complete the tasks I needed to complete to increase my chances for a positive outcome. Not sure I’d have enlisted services of a life coach on my own, but I’m glad I had the chance to work with a coach through RDAP Dan.” – Marvin Ramirez

“When Dan said we’d be discussing things with a Life Coach (Jenny) via phone, I was skeptical. I couldn’t comprehend how I could express myself over the phone. After speaking with Jenny, I realized how wrong I was; she gives my significant other and I her complete attention, never rushes us and listens to every word with compassion. Words can’t express how impressed I am with how spot on she is with understanding who I am and where I want to be, within myself. Jenny has undoubtedly helped my marriage and continues guiding me to dig deep and fix what needs mending within me. Jenny doesn’t push beyond comfort; she has a soft approach, but yet with brisk, positive results. Having Jenny understand the intensity of federal proceedings and the pressure it puts on people, family and your relationship, is a breath of fresh air. Bottom line, Jenny understands where you’re coming from and the stresses that accompany this nightmare. I truly look forward to each phone conversation; it’s become a highlight of my week.” – Ryan Park
